In continuation of the too much yoghurt theme, here is something so simple , cheap and delicious that I am kicking myself for not living off it for my entire adult life.
You will need
- A tin of mango puree (very easily procured from any good Asian grocer)
- A tub of natural yoghurt
Whizz the two together, chill and serve. Foamy, soft, creamy, sun-yellow heaven.
